With summer quickly approaching there are many tasks that everyone needs to complete. If you have a pool, then you are probably very anxious to get it open and to start swimming. However, there is a lot of work that needs to be done on your pool before it may be ready. The first step is to empty the water. A large amount of people leave the old water inside pool and treat it together with chemicals. However, it is much easier to start with all clean water because i believe the water is nicer once you do this. When the water is empty i take this time to clean the sides of the pool. there is always a lot of dirt and leaves on the underside of the pool. Before filling it with fresh water you will want to clean the inside and make sure there isn’t a dirt. Then the next step is to fill it with fresh water. Once it is full of water you can start your filter to pump out any old water and fill it with the new fresh water. The last step is the most crucial. This step is where you add the chemicals to the fresh water. You have to make certain that you add the correct amount and get the PH level correct. If you don’t get that correct your pool will turn green in a few days. The first week your pool is open is crucial as far as the chemicals go.
